Denean Suie
Denean Suie has more than 20 years of experience in training, developing and mentoring children of all ages. Ms. Suie has seen first-hand how valuable young people are to their community and how critical it is for children to develop social and professional skills that help them through the transitional stages from childhood to adulthood.
As both a consultant and mentor, Ms. Suie designs and facilitates training programs and coaches children in one-on-one sessions. After successfully managing a leading-edge program focused on providing internship experiences and career skills coaching to high school students, Ms. Suie co-founded Suie & Weaver Associates and expanded services to include professional development and training services for high school students.
She kept seeing the need for earlier intervention and teaching of social and lifetime skills, and began working with younger age groups. After several years working with grades K through 2, Ms. Suie created S. A. L . T. Practices LLC. These modules are specifically designed for children aged 5-8 years old. Especially when taught during a child’s initial development, these skills create better students, promote positive behaviors and can set children up for long-term success in their personal lives and professionally.
Ms. Suie holds a BA in Human Resource Organizational Development from Rosemont College in Rosemont, PA.
